The hotel was a lovely and cozy spot, perfect for a couples getaway. The rooms, although a bit small, were really well designed, overall offering a positive experience. Unfortunately, there were noise disturbances from upstairs guests. The location, right between the Manchester Piccadilly station and the main shopping area, was great for convenience.
